Many people, when they find out they have apnea, are really put off by CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) or BiPAP (Bi-level Positive Airway Pressure) machines. I mean, you put on this mask thing, and breathe into it, and it blows air. With a non-conforming mask, regardless of the type or style using it impossible.

However I have been using a CPAP for 3 years now, I am overjoyed with the new Swift LT mask by Resmed, I have tried about all of the Different Styles of Masks over the years have had leaks, sores and occasionally I slept.

It a Nasal Pillow Mask, small and better, I my opinion, than the previous Swift II or any others designs and styles, that I had unfortunately used with limited success. Resmed has done a great job in slimming the mask down from its the Swift II version, a much light feel, reducing the the impact and claustrophobic feel of most CPAP masks on the market today.

In all fairness a great second choice is the Opitilife with its channel cushion design, was a good second place favorite. In this Authors opinion, as well as a long time CPAP user. The new Swift LT Mask mask is worth a try and a goods night sleep is the benefit.
